Susie is a licensed Master of Social Work having received her degree from Louisiana State University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a second bachelor’s in social work from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Long interested in health and nutrition, she brings evidence-based therapies to helping people with eating disorders. Susie utilizes an eclectic approach that draws upon a variety of theories including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution focused therapy in helping clients explore and discover ways to manage anxiety and depression and improve their general well-being. Her positive, nonjudgmental approach to working with individuals uses the strength perspective. Susie and her husband have five children and one grandchild and enjoy spending time adventuring together.
