Holiday Courses (Nov-Dec) 

Power Yoga

5 week course, Monday’s 6am. Nov 19th-December 17th Power yoga is a fitness based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Expect a mindful approach to finding inner and outer power as we discover the 6 qualities that contribute to both. 4 person minimum. 

Styles of Yoga

6 week course, Tuesdays at 7pm November 6-Dec 11th. Yoga has many different styles-Yin, Ashtanga, Partner/Acro, Kundalini, Laughter, Vinyasa, Meditation, Hatha. You get to dip into them all. Find out the benefits of each practice and learn which style is truly best for you based on your lifestyle, needs, and goals.  4 person minimum.

Evening Unwind

4 week course, Thursday 7pm Nov 28th-December 19th. Balance the bustle of the holiday season & bliss out with our newest series with Juls Thompson! This 4-class series will ease your mind, unwind your body & leave your soul sparkling.  4 person minimum

Mindful Morning Flow

5 week course, Wednesday 8:45am Nov 14th-Dec 19th. A meditation in motion, this introspective class brings a harmonic balance to the physical and mental aspects of your yoga practice and interweaves the importance of practicing your yoga both on and off the mat. 4 person minimum. (no class week of Thanksgiving)

Yoga for Teens/Preteens

4 week course, Thursday Jan 10-31 (Pre-teens), Feb 7-28th (Teens).  Call to be placed on the waitlist if interested!

Yoga Basics 2-Thursdays 7:30pm March 14th-May 16th

Yoga Basics 1-Wednesday 8:45am  March 13th-May 15th

Designed for people new to yoga and would like to learn the basics so that they can step into a personal practice, or group class with confidence and knowledge. Experience the basic poses, breath work, and even dive into some meditation and mindfulness. Modifications and props will be provided to be able to access all the poses despite limitations. This course is a progressive course. $89/person, 4 person minimum.     

Pre Natal Yoga

6 week course, next session TBA. Moms in all trimesters welcome! Reconnect with your body, bond with baby, and meet other soon to be moms. Build confidence and stretch and strengthen through gentle movements with baby. Give yourself much needed relief from stress for a healthy, happy pregnancy and labor! $59/person. 4 person minimum.


Ongoing Classes

Partner Yoga

3rd Friday of each month at 7:30pm. This makes a great date night, or a fun night with a friend. We will find connection using Thai yoga massage, acro-yoga, or just some simple partner yoga poses.  Find connection, trust, and communication through partner yoga. See you two on the mat! $16/couple, 2 couples minimum.

Yoga for Athletes

Saturday’s at 9am. Teton Crossfit location. This class is specifically designed for Athletes. Bring your tight, sore muscles and join us. Expect longer holds to release tight muscles, core work, and relaxation. You’ll learn techniques for greater focus, stamina, support, and oxygenation of muscles to take your sport to a new level. $5 50 min class

Mindfulness, Meditation, and Movement

TBA. Call to be placed on waitlist. Experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practices that weave ancient wisdom with modern findings backed by nueroscience . This class is appropriate for all levels including those new to meditation. $10 45 min. Free to current clients of Integrated Counseling and Wellness. Open to the public.

Highly customized private yoga sessions can be life changing.

What to expect in a private session

Sessions are typically anywhere from 60-75 min long and practices include:

  • Pranayama and kriya breathing techniques that regulate the emotions
  • Meditations that lift the mood and create intention and purpose for life.
  • Creating Affirmation (sankalpa)
  • Yoga Bhavana (Imagery)
  • LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Tones that regulate the emotions (mantras)
  • Yoga Asana mixed level.
  • Nondual Self-Inquiry through writing and sharing

Meet Your Instructor – Amie

Amie is a RYT500 and LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, and has been teaching yoga since 2005. She teaches mindful based yoga, meditation, vinyasa, ashtanga, and power yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga for special populations. She received her training from Yoga Assets and LifeForce Yoga. She has found yoga to be helpful in managing mood and the ups and downs of life. She provides modifications for all levels. Integrated Wellness School of Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. We strongly believe that yoga is a way to find union with the divine and can be adapted to any belief system, religion, and creed. We strive to teach compassion for all beliefs without compromise of personal belief system. We teach that yoga is a fundamental means to finding all that we need within us; that beneath the current mood, the roles we play and the masks we wear, we are the wholeness we seek. We strive to teach teachers to use compassion in their teaching techniques.

I’m not flexible enough for yoga.

Actually, you are. There is no flexibility requirement to participate in yoga. Whether you can touch your toes or you struggle to reach your knees, you can find the same benefits for your physical and mental well-being. Additionally, we provide tools like blocks, chairs, walls and straps to make every pose accessible for every level of flexibility. And, as the saying goes, “Yoga is not about touching your toes. It’s about what you learn on the way down.” -Judith Lasater

I don’t have the time to attend yoga classes.

When you participate in yoga, you are doing more than working on physical health, wellness and flexibility. During each session, you are giving yourself a safe space and a peaceful, supportive environment where you can process stress, relieve physical pain and build a deeper connection with yourself. The energy, perspective and self-awareness you gain during yoga can save time as, upon leaving, you are likely to feel recharged. You can learn how to focus on the things that matter most and approach tasks more productively with a level head.

We offer private sessions scheduled at your convince, OR an online Skype session so you can get the benefits of yoga from the privacy of your own home.

I have an injury, illness or chronic pain. Won’t straining myself make it worse?

In many cases, yoga can help you manage and find relief from physical pain or illness. We recommend you speak with your doctor if you have any concerns, and we encourage you to talk to your yoga teacher about your challenges and goals. If you have an acute injury, it may be best to seek a private yoga session. In these cases, we can approach our work and select poses designed specifically for your needs.

How can yoga help me manage my mood on a daily basis? I obviously can’t do yoga in the grocery store, or in my car!

We offer special techniques not often found in regular yoga classes that give you tools to manage your mood wherever you are at, and whenever you need them; specifically, breath work and mindfulness and some movement that is easily accessible. Yoga places your healing in your hands and bolsters your confidence to manage the moods. The practice of yoga on the mat, helps you learn how to deal with stressful situations off the mat and in your daily life. It takes time, but the benefits from a consistent practice begin to manifest in your daily life.
