Reed Haight, LPC

Reed Haight is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University-Denver.
Reed has experience with helping adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of emotional and mental health struggles. He has experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PSTD, Grief and Loss, Faith Crisis, Process Addictions (Including Pornography/Sexual addictions), as well as general counseling for growth and development.
Reed enjoys working with adolescents and adults who are seeking to grow, heal, and move into a life of empowerment and healthy relationships. Reed believes that mental health begins with focusing on self and developing healthy boundaries in our lives. In counseling, he strives to empower his clients to connect to self while healing the wounds that may prevent them from feeling worthy of connections and living their life to the fullest. He helps clients learn skills to reduce anxiety, to communicate their needs both to others and themselves, and to live a healthy life outside of depression and pain.
