Maren Berrett, LAMFT

Maren is licensed as an LAMFT. She holds a Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Maren specialzies in supporting individuals and couples through challenges related to interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. She is SYMBIS certified and has completed the level 1 Gottman Method for couples therapy. Maren has a growing expertise in evidence based approaches such as DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy. She adapts her style to the needs of the client using a person-centered approach.
