Amie Einerson, LPC, E-RYT

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and experienced yoga teacher with nearly 20 years in mental health and wellness. I blend clinical insight with mindfulness based practices to help individuals and families reconnect with their inner strength, regulate their emotions, and move toward lasting change.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in relational patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Using a directive, holistic approach grounded in IFS, I help clients identify the parts that drive negative patterns of behavior and explore what's within their control—offering tools for emotional regulation, self-leadership, and relational healing.
Healing is possible--and you don't have to do it alone. I provide a safe space for men and women navigating invalidation, relational instability, abandonment, or chronic overwhelm, and strive to help you strengthen your identity and develop skills that foster safety and connection --without shame or judgement. My clients often tell me they feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more empowered after our sessions.
For Parents and Children I have a special understanding of children and offer play therapy as a developmentally attuned way to help children express emotions, build regulation skills, and feel safe in their own skin. I support parents to understand their child's emotional world and create connection through structure, empathy, and skill-building.
I also integrate ancient yoga techniques with modern neuroscience to support nervous system regulation, especially for those healing from trauma or chronic pain. Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or a path toward peace, I’d be honored to walk with you.
