WHAT TO EXPECT IN A PRIVATE SESSION
Sessions are typically anywhere from 60-75 min long tailored to fit your needs and practices include:
- Pranayama and kriya breathing techniques that regulate the emotions
- Meditations that lift the mood and create intention and purpose for life.
- Creating Affirmation (sankalpa)
- Yoga Bhavana (Imagery)
- LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation
- Yoga Nidra
- Tones that regulate the emotions (mantras)
- Yoga Asana mixed level.
- Nondual Self-Inquiry through writing and sharing
