Brooke has experience working with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional regulation, and coping with difficult circumstances. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents as they navigate challenges, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and discover their own ability to move forward.
Brooke utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with strength-based and person-centered techniques. She believes that individuals have the capacity for growth and change and that therapy can provide a safe, supportive environment to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for navigating life.
Brooke's goal as a therapist is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected. She works collaboratively with each individual to identify their strengths, establish meaningful goals, and develop skills that can support greater emotional well-being, resilience, and healthier relationships.
