WHAT TO EXPECT IN A PRIVATE SESSION

Sessions are typically anywhere from 60-75 min long tailored to fit your needs and practices include:

  • Pranayama and kriya breathing techniques that regulate the emotions
  • Meditations that lift the mood and create intention and purpose for life.
  • Creating Affirmation (sankalpa)
  • Yoga Bhavana (Imagery)
  • LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Tones that regulate the emotions (mantras)
  • Yoga Asana mixed level.
  • Nondual Self-Inquiry through writing and sharing
