Sheila DaBell, LCSW
Sheila DaBell specializes in clinical social work. She has been practicing since 2001 and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of different clinical issues. Different areas of trauma she specializes in include motor vehicle trauma, medical/dental trauma, relational trauma, anxiety-related disorders, bereavement, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. She is trained in treating trauma from a neurobiological approach. Sheila is psychodynamic in orientation and uses a variety of treatment techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Therapy. Sheila is passionate about Self-Regulation Therapy and uses it as her primary modality of treatment with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. She works primarily with adults and see’s children and adolescents on a case-by-case basis. When not helping others, Sheila can be found spending time with her family and grandchildren.
