Ryanne Rainsdon, LCSW

Ryanne obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University Idaho and obtained her master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University – specializing in mental health and addiction treatment. Ryanne takes a solution focused approach to psychotherapy; focusing on client goals, strengths, and coping skills to alleviate trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

Ryanne enjoys working with individuals of all ages and walks of life. She believes in utilizing empathy and positive regard to facilitate healthy core beliefs, as well as help individuals recognize and channel their worth to find healing and empowerment. Ryanne utilizes EMDR, inner childhood work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy to treat trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and grief. She also has training and experience in parenting skills, emotional regulation, behavioral therapy, and anger management.

Ryanne enjoys spending time outside hiking, snowboarding, and exploring. She enjoys psychology, reading, and learning. She loves to travel and learn about different people and cultures. Most of all, she enjoys being a mom to her baby girl.
