Kristina Henry, LMSW
Kristina is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Idaho State University. Kristina’s primary focus over the past 20 years has been working with children who are dealing with behavioral, emotional, and neurodiversity challenges. She has extensive knowledge of childhood diagnoses. Her approach includes connecting youth to their internal and external strengths, practicing mindfulness, and building self-regulation and interpersonal skills with a cognitive behavioral approach. Partnering with caregivers to provide support, coaching, and problem-solving is invaluable to a child’s ability to transfer their newfound skills to the real world. Kristina believes that children thrive when they can establish meaningful relationships with those around them, receive positive support, and develop healthy coping skills and mindsets.
