Jessica Gilliland, LAMFT
Jessica is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2011, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University in 2016. She specializes in treating clients with eating disorders, body image concerns, and relationship distress due to infidelity and other issues. She also has experience in treating a variety of other concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual concerns, and family conflict. Jessica provides therapy in both English and Spanish.
Jessica is passionate about forming strong, trusting connections with her clients, and utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches to facilitate clients’ progress in their goals for therapy. She strives to create an environment of warmth, safety, and growth for each of her clients.
Jessica is a member of the Utah Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (UAMFT).
