My goal as a clinician is to help clients build on their strengths so they can find a path to joy and peace in the face of their challenges. I provide empathetic support as well as evidence-based strategies and insights to assist them in developing comprehensive, measurable plans for reaching their personal and relational goals. I hold a bachelor’s degree in family studies from Utah State University and am currently completing a COAMFTE accredited master’s degree in marriage and family therapy through Northcentral University. I particularly enjoy working with clients on anxiety, depression, marital including sexuality issues, life transitions, spirituality, and parenting. I love witnessing clients become stronger, more confident and aware versions of themselves—equipped to handle their circumstances with integrity and grace. My husband and I have been married for 11 years and are (mostly) enjoying the wild ride of parenting 4 children. We enjoy camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities, but especially eating. We love frequenting the local ethnic restaurants and attempting to replicate our favorite dishes at home. I love the nature and especially people I am surrounded by in southern Utah.
