I have done research on long-term marriage, families, father involvement, and the power of resilience. I have worked with individuals, couples and families from all walks of life in three different states for the last five years. I enjoy helping clients understand how the family system can maintain dysfunction as well as contribute to healthy growth and change by looking at family roles, communication, and how we attach to each other.
I have been trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as many systems theories.
